Thank you Sean.May I add other reasons why people are not likely to share their knowledge? Because they prefer to hide the simple fact that they actually don't have that much knowledge after all. Another category is knowledgeable but isn't simply able to communicate effectively. Some are shy and fear the agora effect. Not to forget the language factor, I had to reach in my company blog 20 countries, I ended up writing in two different languages but the comments were only in one language. May I add other reasons why people are not likely to share their knowledge? Because they prefer to hide the simple fact that they actually don’t have that much knowledge after all.
Another category is knowledgeable but isn’t simply able to communicate effectively.
Some are shy and fear the agora effect.
